After the harvests it’s time sowing seeds in the vines (mix of different types of plants). These plants which will grow and flower during the Winter and beginning of Spring have 2 roles to play : some of them have the ability to capture atmospheric nitrogent ; others are great for loosening the soil.

In Spring we will remove these plants and let them on site to produce biomass / soil humus.
